Bio: Born Turhan C. Jones, Jr., Turk has been entertaining crowds all his life. Raised within a family that enjoyed hostin gatherings and parties for the sake of having fun, it was in his blood to do the same. As a teenager, Turk would plan and promote parties for his classmates and family members, providing music and food for the sake of a normal Saturday night. As a high school senior, Turk an three friends put together the 2003 Graduation Party consisting of 400+, which had every school in the city represented at the event. Upon completion of high school, at the young age of 18, he began promoting with DLOW Entertainment . As a well established promotions company DLOW entertainment is responsible for a number of Yacht cruises along the St. Johns river, drawing crowds of 150+. After 3 years under the wing of DLOW Entertainment, Turhan branched off to establish his own legacy. There arrived... Mr. Jones, a business professional with a sole mission of bringing the city a new era in nightlife. Equipped with suit, tie, and innovative ideas Mr. Jones launched MainLine Events. Bursting on to the scene in 2007 with the Masquerade Ball, Chocolate City, and satisfaction Saturday and numerous private parties. Mainline Events was well received by its patrons but, Mr. Jones was leaning more in the direction of event planning. But after a few years away from promoting the people desired more of what Mr. Jones had to offer Jacksonville's Nightlife. Now as simply a Host, Turk has taken on the role of creating the most entertaining atmosphere's in Northeast Florida.
